This fern can be grown successfully indoors or outdoors under proper care conditions. It is a fast grower! Like most ferns it loves humidity and moisture and will likely need these elements supplemented to thrive in your home. Your Guide to Kimberly Queen Fern Care Light: They like partial sun to lower light. If outdoors, they would prefer a nice shady area that receives dappled sunlight. Indoors, place them near a bright window receiving indirect sunlight. Direct sun is too much for this plant and will burn its fronds. Water: This plant likes to be kept moist, do not let it dry out completely. Water your fern thoroughly once the top 1 to 2 inches of soil are dry to the touch. Depending on the light conditions you provide, this could mean watering multiple times per week. Temperature: 60 to 70F is their ideal range, these ferns will not tolerate any frost.
