I know the dimensions are in the product description but I guess I didn't know how small 1.2" in length or .4" stem diameter is. I cannot use these for LST on my current plants but maybe for the next grow I will train my young plants earlier.Was to small of a gap between plastic for my plants to fit.I love these. They work super well and are so easy to put on my plants. They are such a time saver vs tying down my limbs like I used to do before. I wish I had tried them sooner. I was skeptical but now I’m glad I made the switch. I would recommend these to anyone that does Low stress training on their plantsthe pathway for the plant is too narrow and the turn is too sharp. i broke some branches with these and had one over grow and made it difficult to remove. would not recommend for some types of plants.Only able to use on tiny plants such as seedlings or just after seedling. Approx 6 inch tall plants. Anything bigger and it just snapped branches.Simple,easy to use.Not very useful very stressful on plant and can't keep it on long or it will infuse with your plants not a good productIt's an extreme bend for my plants. I tried to use them but they did more harm than useful.
