This 12189 cw135 container is fantastic for sous vide cooking with one exception. You have to cut a whole in the lid to accommodate the vous vide cooker and it's hard to find the correct equipment to do the job.Most hole cutters are 2 1/2 inch in diameter and do not fit my Anova precision pro 2 3/4 inch diameter.Gave up trying to find a way to cut through the lid.After days of searching the web, I took a chance on the only possible solution. The Lipavi universal lid for their C15 container (friends & family size - 17.72 x 11.42 x1 ) This lid fits like a glove. Fantastic! Now I have the best of both, the fantastic Cambro container with a lipavi universal lid that actually fits. Let the sous vide cooking begin!
