This product is cute. However, it does not come with the hangers that the "instructions" mention, and I can't figure out how to fill the bag with water in order to use it. The whole thing seems to be sealed, with no easy fill port.Cute product, it doesn't come with the stand like in the photo which is fine. Works pretty well so far.A key thing to note is that the water is put in via the same tube as the White knob.There is a photo mixed in with the products photos that shows this.Took me a bit to realize it was there.To begin with, it doesn’t come with hooks upon which to hang the bags, despite saying so right on the product - you have to MacGuyver something to hold it up. Secondly, there are no instructions for filling it, so I ended up accidentally ruining one by thinking it would work like a normal IV port. Not nearly as great as I was hoping, unfortunately.Is exactly as shown. Easy to assemble and use.
