The lights are 4x4 when folded out and have a great spectrum range, even has a few red lights on each strip!I am only running each light on 30% and getting all the heat and light I need for vegging plants.Well worth every penny spent on these lights.A bonus with these lights are the light hangers it came with!Thin metal cables that are so strong and can be used as pullies to get the lights in place.I did it with one other person, but I am sure you could do it alone if you propped up the frame before pulling it up.The lights have hook ups on either side for light programming but I am just using the dial as it has many settings, 100, 90, 80, 60, 30%I am extremely stoked on my purchase! Also, order said 4 weeks until I would receive them, yet only took 3 days!!!!This light is almost exactly 4"x4", fits nicely in a 4x4 tent, but may be too hot for your needs.I have a portable AC inside the tent, two circulating fans and an exhaust fan. Light can be turned all the way up with this set up but its too intense for the plants. Perfect at 80% power, explosive new growth just days after going under the new light.Pros:Very Bright (get protective glasses)Easy to put togetherComes with all needed hardware out of the boxCons:Hot for smaller tents (consider the power output, though)Dimmer has only 4 settings, it's not continuous like other brandsPlastic protective caps gave their life in transit. light was unharmed.Light is as described. Plants are growing well under it had to reach out to the seller for all the info as to the ppfd actual diodes being used and all the good stuff since it does not come with a manual.. but for the price it’s definitely as good or better as the name brands.
